"Made me itchy and no clear support"
I tried this hoping it would be fine, but my skin started getting itchy quickly. What made it more annoying was that it wasn’t really clear who was actually responsible for the product or who I was supposed to contact about it. Overall, not a great experience for me.

I ordered from NaturaBrasil and the products themselves are totally fine, but the delivery took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I was just sitting around wondering what was going on. What made it more frustrating was that there weren’t really clear next steps or any helpful info about what I should do if the package didn’t move. It did eventually show up, but the whole waiting process was annoying.

"Nice products, but the pricing gives me pause"
I do like Naturabrasil overall. The products I got smell really good and feel nice to use, so no complaints there. That said, the prices feel a little high for the amount you get. Some things seem worth it, but others kind of made me think, eh, I’d only grab this on sale. Shipping was fine, but nothing amazing. The only downside is that the sticker shock feels preventable if they offered better bundles or more frequent discounts.

"Nice packaging, especially on a draining day"
My order showed up in really nice packaging, which I appreciated because I was already feeling mentally drained and didn’t want to deal with a bunch of wasteful plastic. Everything was simple, neat, and looked recyclable. The products were packed safely too, with no leaks or mess. It’s a small thing, but it does make me feel better about ordering from them.

"I gave this body lotion a try..."
I gave this body lotion a try the scent is really nice and it feels good when you first put it on. I was hoping it would keep my dry skin feeling moisturized for longer, though, and that’s where it fell a little short for me. My skin started feeling dry again quickly. It’s not a bad lotion by any means, just didn’t quite live up to what I was expecting.

"Really solid products"
I’ve been really happy with these. They feel great to use and seem to hold up well over time. The only small issue I noticed felt totally preventable, but overall the quality is genuinely good and I’d buy them again.

"Such a lovely scent"
I ordered a body mist from Natura Brasil and I’m really pleased with it. I’m particular about scents because I don’t like anything too overpowering, but this one feels just right, fresh, soft, and easy to wear. It also lasted longer than I expected for a body mist. Definitely something I’d buy again.

"I picked up a body lotion and hair..."
I picked up a body lotion and hair oil from Natura Brasil, and so far I’m happy with them. The scents feel more natural and not like they’re trying too hard, which I really appreciate. My skin feels soft, and I haven’t had any irritation, so that’s always a good sign. Delivery was smooth too. I’d probably order again.
